  • does not constitute the purchase of goods, works, or services;
  • does not create expectations of any mandatory results, features, or reciprocal actions from the Operator;
  • does not affect the availability of the core functionality of the Resource and is not required for its use.

Any additional features or access that may be provided to the User are optional in nature and may be modified or discontinued at the Operator’s discretion.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Refunds of contributed funds are generally not provided, except in cases expressly provided for by applicable law or in the event of a confirmed technical error.

The User undertakes to contact the Operator in advance to resolve any disputes related to contributed funds.

5. DISPUTING TRANSACTIONS

Initiating a refund through payment systems without sufficient grounds or without prior contact with the Operator may be considered a violation of the terms of use of the Resource.

In the event such actions are identified, the Operator has the right to:

  • restrict or terminate access to the Resource;
  • limit access to related data and results of use;
  • restrict further interaction with the Resource.

6. USER CONFIRMATION

By transferring funds, the User confirms that they:

  • agree to these terms.

7. PAYMENT SYSTEMS

The Operator is not responsible for the operation of third-party payment services, including delays, errors, or failures occurring outside its control.

ADDITIONAL SECURITY TERMS

The Operator has the right to use technical and behavioral data to prevent abuse, including:

  • analysis of account activity;
  • verification of action sequences;
  • correlation of technical parameters and interaction history.

If signs of unfair behavior are detected, the Operator has the right to restrict access to the Resource without additional notice.

Such measures may be applied based on a combination of factors and behavioral indicators.

These terms are applied in conjunction with the Terms of Use and other documents of the Resource. Use of the Resource constitutes acceptance of them in their entirety.
