General Provisions

This document regulates the use of User interaction functionality related to the exchange and transfer of digital assets within TheCult resource (hereinafter referred to as the “System”).

By using this functionality, the User accepts the terms of this Policy.

The Operator reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Resource.

The Operator has the right to apply enforcement measures in case of actions that violate these rules or contradict the objectives of the System.

Principles of Operation

The System is intended for User interaction within the предусмотренная модель.

Any actions that go beyond normal use or affect the stability, balance, or predictability of the System may be considered a violation.

The User undertakes to use the System in good faith and not to take actions aimed at gaining advantages outside the intended model.

Prohibited Actions

The User shall not:

• perform repeated or abnormal actions aimed at altering System behavior;
• coordinate actions with other Users to distort normal functioning;
• use multiple accounts or devices to gain an advantage;
• place knowingly incorrect offers to influence the System;
• create artificial load or overload the System;
• exploit interface features or irregularities;
• transfer assets outside the intended interaction model;
• participate in schemes aimed at gaining benefits by bypassing the System logic;
• perform actions that may affect the balance, stability, or economic model of the Resource.

Unfair Use

Violations also include:

• any forms of deception or misleading other Users;
• use of methods aimed at obtaining system advantages;
• participation in schemes of transferring assets between accounts to bypass restrictions;
• using the Resource primarily for gaining benefits inconsistent with its purpose.

Abnormal Operations

The Operator may consider the following as violations:

• repeated operations with atypical parameters;
• operations that significantly deviate from normal behavior patterns;
• mass transfer of assets between related accounts;
• actions that may lead to system destabilization.

Assessment is carried out based on a combination of factors and behavioral indicators.

Enforcement Measures

In case of violations, the Operator has the right to:

• restrict or terminate access to the System;
• limit account functionality;
• invalidate operations or related results;
• restrict access to related accounts;
• apply other measures necessary to protect the Resource.

The choice of measure depends on the nature, frequency, and consequences of the violation.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Operator is not responsible for:

• actions of Users in their interactions with each other;
• errors made by the User when performing operations;
• consequences caused by inattention or lack of awareness;
• actions performed outside the intended System.

Operations performed by the User are considered final.

Final Provisions

By using the System, the User confirms their agreement with this Policy.

The Operator has the right to take measures to protect its interests and ensure the stable functioning of the System without prior notice.

Any actions not explicitly described but contradicting the objectives of the System may be considered a violation.

This Policy is applied in conjunction with the Terms of Use and other documents of the Resource. In the event of violations, measures предусмотренные in the Terms of Use may be applied.
