1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the Operator of the thecult.me resource (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and the User.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The User has the right to:

• use the Resource for personal purposes;
• access its functional features;
• contact support.

The User agrees to:

• comply with the terms of the Agreement;
• act in accordance with applicable law;
• not take actions that may affect the operation of the Resource;
• not use the features of the Resource outside their intended purpose.

Restrictions on Use
The User shall not:

• interact with the Resource in ways beyond the intended functionality;
• attempt to access elements or data not intended for such access;
• use interaction methods that may alter the expected behavior of the system;
• create conditions that disrupt the predictability or stability of the Resource.

Technical and System Interference
The following actions are prohibited:

• interference with operational processes;
• use of external tools to affect the system;
• modification of interaction structures between elements;
• creation of artificial interaction scenarios not предусмотренных функционалом;
• bypassing established restrictions or control mechanisms.

Unfair Usage Models
The following actions are prohibited:

• using system features outside their normal context;
• creating scenarios that deviate from the standard operating model;

Behavioral Restrictions
The User is prohibited from:

Legal Good Faith
The User agrees:

• not to use the Resource beyond its intended purpose;
• not to exploit system features in a way that contradicts their logic;
• not to participate in schemes that may affect normal operation.

General Evaluation Clause
The Operator has the right to assess User actions based on:

• behavior;
• overall circumstances;
• repetition;
• potential impact on the Resource or other users.

Actions may be considered a violation if there are reasonable indications of inconsistency with the purpose of the Resource, even without explicit mention in this Agreement.

SYSTEM BALANCE VIOLATION AND UNINTENDED USE

The User agrees to use the Resource strictly within its intended functionality.

Any actions deviating from normal use may be considered violations.

System Balance Violation includes, but is not limited to:

• obtaining results inconsistent with expected logic;
• creating instability or unpredictability;
• misuse of relationships between system elements;
• coordinated actions to alter system behavior;
• repeated воздействия causing deviation from standard operation.

Unintended Use
The following is prohibited:

• use of interaction methods not предусмотренные Ресурсом;
• alternative access or control methods;
• transferring access to third parties;
• organizing interactions outside standard functionality;

Enforcement Measures
In case of such actions, the Operator may:

• restrict or suspend account access;

• apply measures to related accounts.

Any use that disrupts system balance or exceeds intended use may lead to enforcement actions.

5. SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The Operator has the right to:

• modify the functionality of the Resource;
• restrict access to certain features;
• take measures in case of violations.

Measures are applied considering:

• the nature of the situation;
• the need to ensure stability and security.

6. ENFORCEMENT MEASURES
In case of violation, the Operator may apply:

• a warning;
• temporary restriction of access;
• suspension or termination of the account.

The Operator may take urgent measures without prior notice if necessary to protect the Resource.

7. VOLUNTARY DONATIONS
The User may voluntarily support the Operator.

Donations:

• are not required to use the Resource;
• do not grant additional rights, except where explicitly stated.

Use of Payment Mechanisms

The User undertakes to use available payment instruments in good faith and not to take actions aimed at unjustified disputes of completed transactions.

Initiating a refund through payment systems without prior contact with the Operator or without valid grounds may be considered a violation of the terms of this Agreement.

In the event such actions are identified, the Operator has the right to:

• restrict or suspend access to the account;
• terminate access to the Resource;
• invalidate related data and results of use;
• apply measures to related accounts.

8. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional features may be provided within the Resource.

The Operator may modify or discontinue them due to:

• technical reasons;
• service development;
• legal requirements.

9. LIABILITY
The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure stable operation but does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation;
• absence of errors or deviations.

To the maximum extent permitted, the Operator is not liable for:

• indirect damages;
• lost profits;
• actions of third parties;
• circumstances beyond its control.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR.

Data is used solely for:

• operation of the Resource;
• security;
• legal obligations.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of Spain.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Agreement comes into force upon use of the Resource.

The Operator may amend the Agreement.

The User is responsible for periodically reviewing the current version.
